Terms of Service
This page is a placeholder while Aurora's full terms are written. The principles that will shape them:
See it before you pay
We build your site first. You see the finished site before you pay for it.
Seven-day guarantee
Love it in 7 days or full refund. If you are not happy with what you paid for within 7 days of it going live, tell us and we refund that payment in full.
Ownership
Your domain, your content, your site, always. No lock-in: if you leave, we hand you the files.
Your reviews
We move your Google reviews into your new site at no charge, credited to the people who wrote them.
Scope
Pricing on the main page is the pricing. A small edit is a text, photo, hours or price change. A major edit is a new page, new section or a new integration. Anything larger gets a flat quote before we start.
Care Plans
Monthly, cancel anytime. No long contracts. Every new site includes the first month of a Care Plan free.
